It is most potent Kalpa useful in treatment of various types of Jwar (fever). With Tikta Rasatmak Dravya like Kirattikta, Patol, Guduchi, Musta, Usheer, Nimba, Parpat etc. it acts as Jwaraghna. It’s contents are Agnimandyanashak, Amapachak and Pittashamak. It is effective in infective fevers, Dhatugat Jwar, Nava Jwar. It also has action on Yakrut and Pleeha.
